Our cancellation policy at a glance
We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. To help you plan your stay without worrying, we have summarised our cancellation policy below.
Please note that cancellations must be made in writing.
- You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 28 days prior to arrival.
- In the event of cancellation between 27 and 8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booked stay price will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation from 7 days prior to arrival, 90% of the booked stay price will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay price will be charged.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) in their currently valid version shall apply.
This provides planning security for all parties, allowing you to look forward to your stay with no worries.
Safe and carefree holidays
To ensure you are fully protected in any situation, we recommend taking out our cancellation insurance.
For € 8.00 per person per booked holiday day, you are covered against possible cancellation costs. The insurance covers any charges incurred in cases such as accident, illness, or death of the insured person or a close family member.
This allows you to book your holiday with complete peace of mind and remain on the safe side should the unexpected happen.
