Our cancellation policy at a glance
We understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. To help you plan your stay without worrying, we have summarised our cancellation policy below.
Please note that cancellations must be made in writing.
- You can cancel your stay free of charge up to two months before arrival.
- Between two and one month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total cost of the stay.
- Between one month and one week before arrival, 70% of the price of your stay is due.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge 90% of the price of your stay.
- If you do not arrive or leave early, we will charge you 100% of the price of your stay.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply to all our prices and services.
This provides planning security for all parties, allowing you to look forward to your stay with no worries.
Safe and carefree holidays
To ensure you are fully protected in any situation, we recommend taking out our cancellation insurance.
For € 8.00 per person per booked holiday day, you are covered against possible cancellation costs. The insurance covers any charges incurred in cases such as accident, illness, or death of the insured person or a close family member.
This allows you to book your holiday with complete peace of mind and remain on the safe side should the unexpected happen.
