Our feelgood studio offers a varied exercise programme. From gentle Hatha yoga to a revitalising morning flow and back fitness training, you will find beneficial sessions to help you achieve more balance, strength and lightness.

Our trained yoga teacher, Julia, will support you personally and individually. You are welcome to join us even if you have no previous experience — simply register and enjoy the session (participation is free of charge).
